I have PCOS, but I'm trying to work with it.

I love to hoop and I hate running, but only because I suck at it. I'm working on running, getting better at hooping, and building some upper body strength.

Park yoga earlier. Today was beautiful; every inch, every ounce. I realized a lot about life and myself. There was so much beauty. Birds singing, his eyes and smile that I love so much, laying in the cool grass next to the warm fire and listening to the acoustics, the breeze, the sunset, the laughs. I finally have realized that every second I’m alive is one big adventure. I’m living the life that I’ve always dreamed of living, and I have been for a while. It all takes my breath away, it amazes me to the point where sometimes I wonder if it’s all real. It is real, the dirt and grass on my feet and the blood of adventure on my legs prove it.

I&#8217;m so frickin&#8217; excited that I decided to tape these hoops. they turned out amazing and the spacing is pretty much identical on both of them. I even got a perfect tape spiral on the first try. I definitely can&#8217;t wait to start practicing with these tomorrow.😍💕

if i could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be mac and cheese, so i might have to check that place out too. oh man so much food.

This is a pose that I saw on Instagram on a couple of occasions, inspired by @bohemian_heart. I actually managed my first chinstand in class last week, but today I wasn’t feeling too strong, so I decided to work with what my body has. And to me, it’s still pretty beautiful 💖

Also during the week there is a bunch if food truck behind the air and space museum the pho one is delish but huge portions and the Korean BBQ yum

i’ve heard sooooo much about the food trucks in dc. i feel like i’m definitely gonna have to check out the korean bbq one.

I dunno why I haven’t asked yet, but I’ll be going to DC friday-monday with my boyfriend for our 4 year anniversary! I figure some of you have to live in the area, so are there any places we definitely have to see or eat at? We’re already gonna do pretty much all of the free stuff in the national mall, and we’re staying pretty close to the mall. 

On Fridays they have this awesome event called Jazz in the Garden over at the Sculpture Garden - I would definitely recommend checking it out and picking up a pitcher (or two ;) ) of sangria! The botanical gardens are another must see. Founding Farmers is a really good restaurant in downtown DC. Idk DC has so many good restaurants that’s a tougher one. Lol. Have so much fun!!!

i’ve heard so much about founding farmers so i definitely wanna check that out. and the jazz thing sounds amaziiiiiiing. we’re getting there super early on friday so we’ll definitely have time to check that out. thanks so much!
